Letter to Sherman Alexie
May 22, 2002
The final for this class was to write an essay about Sherman Alexie's novel, Reservation Blues. I ended up writing the essay as a letter to the author. I got an A, and my instructor encouraged me to send it to Mr. Alexie. I did, and while he denies the story had anything to do with the Louisiana cousins, he asked if he could post my "rif" of his book on his web site.
The attached files are full size images of a poster session I did for this class related to the English 1A research assignment, All About Me I concentrated on the year 1968, specifically the assassinations that happened during the 1960's.
These are very large files, and should only be loaded if you have a reasonably fast connection.
